What to include
About an edit
The email on your account, roughly when you started the edit and what you expected to see. Never send your password.
About billing
The email you paid with and the date of the charge. Never send card details.
About your data
Whether you'd like us to access, correct or delete it. The privacy policy explains your rights.
About accessibility
The page, what you were trying to do, your browser and any assistive technology involved. The accessibility statement has more.
What happens next
We reply by email from the support address. You don't need to wait on us for a failed edit: its reserved credits come back on their own, and an edit that stopped on our side can offer a free retry from its card in your workspace.
